These guys are awesome, the pizza is delicious, the service is always friendly. I don't even live in Te Awamutu and drive over to get my Hell's pizza specifically from these guys. And yes there is a Hell's in my town. Which is awful......just goes to show it isn't the brand that makes a successful franchise. It's the people and service and product. And these guys do all these really well. Hope that remains the case.

Our pizzas were unfortunately absolutely terrible, we were so looking forward to them but we couldnt even eat them. We had Hell pizza in Te awamutu 2 years ago and it was beautiful. But lastnight has put us off as we ordered 4 different pizzas and all were terrible. Sorry.

Love Hells Pizza , however this store constantly stuffs up our orders , never other stores!! ever !! . It’s been bloody frustrating after an 11 hr journey and they haven’t received our order ( second time this has happened to us ) I have to send emails and screen shots to prove it’s been paid for
Rather difficult when it’s my hubby collecting
What a joke !, the manager is lovely but man this is very problematic for any paying customer that pays and their order hasn’t come through nor can they find it
After too many mistakes this is a 1 star rating and do not do online orders !
Manager said this has happened several times now with other customers too
