Mr. Vaughan is very friendly and funny; he replied to my inquiry very quickly. He provided me with a recliner and a refrigerator, and the car I rented was in very good driving condition. The gas pedal, brakes, and exterior were all well-maintained, as if the car were new. It is a great companion for your journey; it will take you anywhere, from the mountains to the sea. When I returned the car, Mr. Ken was very chatty and friendly. He also provided pick-up and drop-off service to the airport. Anzed is a car rental agency that you can't miss when traveling in New Zealand. Mr. Vaughan & Mr. Ken's service is very pleasant and reassuring.
