   Hands down the best rental (and one of the best customer service) experience we've ever had! They are knowledgable and kind, and it really feels that they love what they do. They explained the car perfectly, shared some insights on what to see on the way, and then... we just had a great chitchat for good half an hour. And you felt like you're visiting an old friend of yours. We were also given a cooler box, three camping chairs, two pots and some cuttlery - all for free! The car itself was of course in great condition too. Forget Jucy and all other big rental places - do yourself a favor, rent from Anzed!

   Wonderful experience, despite not being the easiest company to find online. Vaughan, Ken and the team made the trip easy and nothing seemed too much trouble. We were met at the Christchurch airport drop off/ pick up point shortly after calling once we had our bags, and the cheery Ken collected us and gave us the relevant details. We were then quickly on our way and the vehicle was perfect for our needs. A Toyota Wish with loads of boot space and option to convert to 7 seater which came in handy. The other added touch came in the form of complimentary chilly bin (cool box) with frozen cooling pads already in place - this made transporting chilled goods such as milk really easy, and something which is easy to overlook. We also had camping chairs thrown in at our request, all for no added charge. Vaughan and his team were thorughly decent and dropped us off with local recommendations for places to eat on our final night. Believe the reviews, excellent value for a reasonable price - big isn't always better!

   Had a great experience using Anzed Rentals. The car rental price was very reasonable considering it was the busy holiday period when booking. The car was good and tidy no issues. A special thanks to Vaughan who stayed up lated and picked us up from the airport at 11pm due to our flights being cancelled and delayed. Would recommend and would use again in the future.

   It's not easy to find a car rental agency during the CNY holiday. I was lucky to find this local car rental agency on the website. Mr. Vaughan is very friendly and funny; he replied to my inquiry very quickly. He provided me with a recliner and a refrigerator, and the car I rented was in very good driving condition. The gas pedal, brakes, and exterior were all well-maintained, as if the car were new. It is a great companion for your journey; it will take you anywhere, from the mountains to the sea. When I returned the car, Mr. Ken was very chatty and friendly. He also provided pick-up and drop-off service to the airport. Anzed is a car rental agency that you can't miss when traveling in New Zealand. Mr. Vaughan & Mr. Ken's service is very pleasant and reassuring. From the maintenance condition of the car, it is evident that they take good care of their vehicles. Additionally, if you have any questions, you can expect immediate feedback!

   Anzed was superb for our South Island trip. Would recommend them for great value and personal service. Ken presented us with a gleaming, clean BR9 Subaru Legacy wagon shod with grippy 17" Toyo tyres all-round, which was easy to handle and cruised us in superb comfort and stability up and down twisty wet highways with passing power in spades. Maintained impeccably and with lower than expected mileage for its age, it was truly a joy to drive. It was well-appointed with stability control, Bluetooth music, reverse camera, electric front seats/reclining rear seats losing nothing to a newer SUV. Heaps of rear seat and cargo room as well. Responsive communication via e-mail for the booking from Vaughan and Valentine, with everything transparent. Ken was super affable during the pick-up and drop-off and we had some lovely conversation. Definitely ended our trip on a great note. Anyone needing a rental should look Anzed's way instead of the usual suspects. They have a model for everyone including an interesting Lexus GS300, for next time!

   We rent a car at Anzed Queenstown in May. Nice car, easy booking, good price. The only negative detail was the pick up the first day, we had set an appointment by email to be able to enjoy the first day but in the end, we had to wait 4 hours in the airport...

   We are very experienced with car rentals and have never had a better experience with ANY COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! Vaughan was compulsive, service oriented, devoted and passionate about providing a personal experience with a South Island flair. Despite 140,00 Km/ 64,000 miles on the odometer, the Nissan performed perfectly and despite the roadwork and unpaved backroads with potholes, we had no problems with the tires including good gripping on rain slick roads. I can’t recommend Anzed highly enough!!!

   Highly recommend ANZED Car Rental Queenstown. Very reasonable in price and the customer service was excellent. Valentine picked us up from our hotel in Queenstown city centre and gave us lots of tips and advice on driving around and places to visit ! He also dropped us off back to our hotel after returning the car - at no extra cost! It was all very easy and stress free. Very happy to have found and supported this small business. Will definitely be using them again when we are back in NZ! It was also lovely to meet and chat to Valentine ! Thank you so much!

   We visited the South Islands of New Zealand from 3 Mar - 19 Mar 2023 and were looking for a rental company that could give us great value for a long trip - Anzed definitely did not disappoint and in fact, gave us more than we bargained for. Renting from Anzed Rentals is like borrowing a car from a good friend of yours. Vaughan was constantly checking in with us across our two week vacation in the south islands seeing if we're having a good time and also giving us recommendations/tips wherever we were. A car rental company that lends you a rice cooker and cooler bags for your trip at no additional cost, only to make your trip better, is unheard of before. Vaughan and his team will definitely do their best to ensure you make your best out of your trip to the South Islands. These little items really did make our trip that much more pleasant, and rice cooker with your car rental.. have you heard of something like that before? I definitely haven't! Cars were in good nick, mileage on both vehicles we rented (Subary Legacy 4WD Wagon and Hyundai iMax) was surprisingly low, and everything was clean, in good working order despite the vehicles being slightly older - they are definitely well taken care of. Lastly, Vaughan has a good sense of humor even when I made some bad jokes about abusing the rentals. He's really like a friend you'll make on your trip. Anzed is definitely one recommendation I'll make to any of my friends and family who are heading to the South Islands. It just makes total sense and makes the trip so much better. They won't disappoint.

   Book right now through this locally owned and operated company! Phenomenal customer service! The bigger car hire companies should take a step back and learn from these guys. Vaughan and team went well, well out of their way to help us with our rental vehicle needs accomodating our bikes we had with us too. Communication prior to booking and during stay was amazing. Great affordable price too. Next time we’re in Christchurch we’ll be right back!
