   I have had three cars go through perfect auto body unfortunately two of them didn't make it but the one that did make it had outstanding repairs done to it.. one of the cars that didn't make it.. the owner very nicely assisted me into a new vehicle that I have had for quite some time now and absolutely love.. he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and help me out in a tough situation and the repairs that they have done to my previous vehicles have been absolutely amazing I would recommend perfect auto body to anybody that is looking for quality repairs I will be using this company again and this is the only company I will send my vehicles too... I will be seeing them shortly to see if they can do another little job for me Outstanding work guys... sorry this is a belated comment

   My apologies to perfect auto body I ran out of time to finish it and I didn't think I had entered it So about 12 years ago my car received extensive damage to the rear end which they did amazing job in getting back straight and strong. I had even gone back in 6 months after the completion of it as I failed on a tail light which they refixed for free. The paint job at the start was good as it matched but over time it faded due to I think no clear coat was put on( I'm no expert) when wet it goes dark and almost matches. How ever the car is old now and the whole car needs a repaint. Highly recommend them

   Had a repair done through AA insurance. Very easy to do the claim. Great customer service with reminders and use of a loan car. Flexible with my tricky schedule and even vacuumed my filthy car. Well done and thanks.

   Brandon and the team have carried out paint restoration on my Honda CR-V. The standard of the finished work has really rejuvenated the appearance of the vehicle. It has been completed to a high standard. The high level of communication from all staff concerned was much appreciated. Thank you for a job well done.

   Good: Did great work on repair, been fixed and tidy. Bad: The customer service is the worst. Didn't confirm the loan car return date when i drop off the car, plus i miss the text (which is my responsibility), i called back to discuss the returning and pick up date, the people talked on the phone are RUDE and MEAN. The best i can do is return tomorrow. She even didn't give me the choice to pay the daily fee to return tomorrow, what she says is I HAVE TO return the loan car TODAY roughly. ASK AND TEACH ME to take my work off to sort out their job. Excuse me? will you cover my loss of not working? Her attitudes makes me feel so angry. To be honest, if she talks well, i will try my best to sort the problem out. Anyway, if you don't care about been treated rude, they do did great on car repairs. but if you pay for the service as well, i don't recommend. 5 star for repair, 0 star for customer service updates: Thanks for reading and reply. But I may not explain well, the worse service I describe is the problem solving attitude. Agree it's lack of communication from both side, I haven't deny that I need to take some responsibility of it. but i tried to make it right. Even the rude staff talk to me like that, I still choose to leave my work and come back to return the car on that day because I know from her the car need to rent to another customer on next day. as I said, if she is not rude, i will be happy to cooperate and make both side solve the problem. But the truth is I been treated rudely by your staff. from your reply i can see you trying to make the excuse on treated customer rudely. so i lower the rate to one star. Regards

   My brother has had his ute with you people for over 3 months. He doesn’t do Google reviews. He’s unaware that I’m posting this. I’m so surprised that even with his constant call ins to your shop that you people keep giving him excuse after excuse why the job hasn’t been completed. It’s not good enough!! I was happy to hear last week that you’ve given him a completion date. Let’s hope you live up to that and that the work done reflects your company’s name.

   My insurance company recommended me this place after the first place refused to fix my car. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite and was in constant communication about updates of my car repair progress They did such an amazing job repairing my cars body panels, as well as the personal front bumper job I asked for. I had a massive grin on my face as soon as I pulled into the parking lot and saw my car parked there, ready to be collected. They even cleaned it inside and out and gave me a little gift to say thank you I want to thank everyone that worked on my car and thank the staff members that stayed in constant communication and update. I'll definitely be back for either collision repairs or for self interest body modifications. Thank you

   Don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to share what fabulous service I received from Perfect Auto Body. Friendly staff, fantastic repair job done via insurance and a couple of other repairs that were able to be done at the same time. The use of the loan car was much appreciated. Above and beyond my expectations!
