   Had a 5 star experience from these guys. I had a transmission that would slip into neutral between 2nd and 3rd and slam into third and it only happened under hard acceleration. They did a great job of diagnosing the transmission giving me insight into the throttle sensor being a potential issue but at the end of the day they only charged me for the transmission service and recommended it as a fix before doing any deeper investigation and work. This ended up being very affordable and best of all, improved my transmission by a huge amount. With 230,000 km on the clock it went from a little clunky to buttery smooth and almost completely resolved the initial shifting issue, now it is just a bit of a bump instead of a slip and slam so I know I will get many more k's out of this transmission and managed to do the minimal amount of work to not only fix the transmisison but do a fluid change which was needed anyways which saved me money. I can't say everything in this review but the 15 minute conversation where they really dove into the subject with me was what makes this place absolutely top notch, not just what's expected from a good mechanic.

   Absolutely circus performers should be wearing clowns suits. Had a vehicle in thus shop told on phone when booked job would take a week.. 2 months later I get vehicle back.. now have check engine issues that these clowns are trying to charge me to have scanned. Told me they have sent email of confirmation of diagnostic which they haven't. told me they have sent email for guarantee of gearbox rebuild which they haven't. Ya ring this peanut to no answer leave messages to no call back. Legal action is next on the cards. THE AUTO SHOP would not recommend to my enemies

   Awesome honest service, I was asking them if I should get my CX5 transmission serviced or not and they helped me out with advice and even checked the fluid for me. Their quote to service was also slightly cheaper than other places.

   Cannot rate The AutoShop (Ryan and Vince) enough. Great service with amazing communication, they inform you if they find any issues and when they would need to be fixed by (if it doesn't require urgent attention). They have shown and explain bigger issues to me, which as someone with limited mechanical knowledge was super helpful. Best of all the bill is never exorbitant, even when they have had to do a fair bit of work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
