Had an insurance repair done here and they made the process so quick and easy. Communication was fantastic. We will definitely go back whenever we need work done.
I have been very, very impressed by the service and staff at Rosiez. Most people go to a panel beater because something upsetting has happened to their car. The Rosiez team honestly made the whole repair and insurance process so easy and pleasant and fuss-free - I really have to commend them. Shout out to Matt, whom I liaised with throughout the whole process of sorting out scratches on my car. He kept me in the loop and was super friendly, helpful, and empathetic. My car had gone in with one missing hubcap (not related to the damage incident), they replaced the one that was slightly damaged in my incident, and used the slightly damaged one to replace my originally missing one - I didn't request for this nor would I have thought to request for it, so it was really thoughtful of them to do that. When I collected my car they had vacuumed the insides and left two lollipops in the cup holders. My car looked like brand spanking new and the little touches really impressed me. Rosiez is a service I hope I would never have to use again, but if I did, I would go back with no hesitation.
Popped into Rosiez to see how much it would cost to repair a long scratch across drivers and rear door of our BYD. Lovely man came out to look and said he could grab the buffet and see if can buff out to save excess on insurance. He worked his magic, the scratch that I though had penetrated the paint was other cars paint and it buffed out like new. Thank you and appreciate the alsome service.

I have used Rosiez several times now for various panel repairs through insurance and have always left very happy. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Most recently I went to Rosiez to have my rims painted and I am absolutely in love. They have done such an amazing job, and only took a couple of days. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting insurance repairs or private work done!
