Took our car in for a battery replacement after calling beforehand. Customer service over the phone was great, however in person they were arrogant rude, rolling his eyes at us and treating us as an inconvenience instead of a customer. Go to spark city if you like having orders barked at you and the worst customer service ever.
Highly recommend this place. They helped us out with a battery and found out that my girl needed a starter motor. Awesome customer service.

Outstanding service from the team, first with organizing someone so quickly to call out to my private address then the courtesy and speed with the assessment and swap out of dud battery by Hayden was first class. Great experience - called Dave, who gave me the cost over the phone and the time to turn up. I turned up, they did the job as requested and the pricing was bang on. Couldn't recommend them more - I'll be using them again for all my auto electrical needs, and will recommend them highly!
My husband and I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Spark City Auto Electrical. Our van had been off the road for a year, we had taken it to mechanics who sent us to diesel specialists who sent us back to mechanics and so on. They could not tell us where the fault was and still charged us the earth for not fixing it. Went to spark city the problem was found straight away, within 3 days we had our van back in awesome working order. Price, service and detailed printout on what was done on our van was awesome.
