    Ring up one day, they tell you to bring it in the next, I was amazed. Untill I took it later than expected on the day but they had it for 1st thing the next morning. All they had to do was use a scan tool and put it up on a hoist to assess damage. Lady who answers phone doesn't know a Conrod from a MAF sensor. Disappointing especially because so often women are taken advantage of by garages. That's money you don't get. Not the way I'd run a business.

    Terrible experience this morning, a week ago booked my truck for a service that’s probably second time I dropped my truck here, was there 8am guy said my truck was just about to be looked at and asked if I’d wait and I said yes but went to a coffee shop to do some work and got back 10.30am guess what?! Not ready, wasted me entire morning. Thanks

    Terrible experience only a few months ago. Firstly they had Afterpay advertised on the signage- not true. Went to pay and person at counter said, not sure why there- boss never got onto it. Then, recently, found had replaced bushes incorrectly when went to another mechanic. Luckily I had the money to pay the bill between $1500-$2000 at time but feel bad for those less fortunate who go in there thinking they can pay over time. 0/10. Sort your act out.
