“Good experience today. Bought bagels last night and got home to find a small spot of mould even though they were perfectly in date. Took them back today no receipt but could tell them what time I purchased, I assume they checked cctv/logs, but they replaced with no drama and even gave me a second batch free. Well done New World”

“Upon further visits to this supermarket, I am writing a new review. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe it will be my new favourite place to do my weekly household shopping. If you go at the right time, there are plenty of great accessible parks available, right outside the door. You will always be able to find a helpful staff member within the store or as you check out. As a person with specific access needs, I can not ask for a more helpful bunch to assist me. I do, however, still think there should be a lift available to the public for the underground parking.”

“Many things are selling cheap here probably because they are just newly opened. One thing that surprised me was that, in the refill station, they have smoothie stuff which are protein powder, and superfood powder, which I couldn't find in other Park N Save, which I really need. Good job!”

“I recently visited Woolworths St James in Rototuna, Hamilton, NZ, during the evening, and I was really impressed with the quality of the chilled and meat sections. I had a specific list of items I was looking for, and I ended up spending quite a bit of time in these areas, and I’m glad I did! The chilled section was exceptionally well-organized and stocked with a wide variety of fresh products. From dairy items like milk, cheese, and yogurt to fresh deli products, everything was easy to find, and the shelves were neatly arranged. I was particularly impressed by how well-maintained the section was, with everything from fresh salads to frozen meals displayed with great care. The staff was visible in this area, arranging items and making sure everything was in its proper place, but what stood out most was how friendly and helpful they were. Even though they were busy restocking and organizing, they still took the time to greet me and offered to assist when I had questions. Moving on to the meat section, I was equally impressed. The variety of cuts and types of meat was excellent, from premium steaks to sausages and fresh poultry. The staff in this section were very knowledgeable and approachable, offering me guidance on some of the best options for the meal I was planning. They were genuinely welcoming and made me feel comfortable asking questions, even as they were actively arranging the fresh meat on the shelves. Overall, my visit to Woolworths St James was a pleasant experience. The friendly staff in both the chilled and meat sections made the evening shopping feel personal and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for both the quality of products and the excellent customer service.”

“Friendly staff, huge variety, lovely meal, so reasonable. We had the scotch filet delicious and cooked believe it or not the way I liked, medium rare. Beautiful garlic butter. We even had raw fish for entre, what a surprise. So sole so nice. Also had great coffee. We were too full to have our strawberry sponge cake so took it home. But so sure it would be yum. Go try it, they also do roast meals.”

“Very warm and welcoming place. It is what one would imagine as a place to eat while thinking about a village or a small town like Lincoln. The food is good. I had so many good memories about this place. On a cold and windy day getting a coffee for myself and hot chocolate for my kids. On Friday after long and exhausting week lunch coffee with a pie. And today with all the rain we get at the moment delicious spicy pumpkin soup was the most appreciated thing for me and my wife.”

“Was recommended to come here for the Lambs Fry, so I made the trek out to this little cafe and it dosent disappoint. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! The food was homely and very satisfying as well. They have a whole range of food items, hot or cold! Of course there are espresso based drinks, as well as alcoholic if you want a cold brew! There are lovely little tables inside to sit at, or there are tables littered all over the courtyard!”

“Highly recommend!!! The cupcakes were beautiful and delicious!!! Vanilla-Choco Marble had the right amount of chocolate. The frosting was yummy!!! Swiss meringue buttercream had the right sweetness, not too sweet, and perfect velvet texture. The colour was just perfect and the edible topper print was precise. The rose like design of frosting underneath the edible topper was gorgeous. Very prompt precise communication. Thank you for making the World Lupus Day special!!!”
