   I don't argue the quality and taste of the cakes, but I am sorry that they don't make the special ones they used to, 4-5 years ago. I remember the first time I went, I bought a rose and cardamom cake, it was such a special and delicious treat, and one among many differently flavored cakes than you find anywhere else. Now they lost that edge and are just like any other cakes shop. Which is a shame.

   The food is incredible so I will keep going back, plus they do gluten free! The gf eclairs are incredible and huge. Unfortunately the service occasionally lets it down. Sometimes the staff members are perfectly nice, but there is one person in particular who is rude, abrasive, and makes you feel like a nuisance for trying to buy something. I've started avoiding the place if I see this person is working.

   Amazing eclairs, disappointing service I visited today and the eclairs were absolutely amazing — light, perfectly filled, and full of flavour. You can tell they’re made with real skill and care. Unfortunately, the customer service really let the experience down. The lady with grey hair who served me didn’t smile once and came across as quite unfriendly, which made the visit uncomfortable. I also witnessed this when she served people before me in the queue. Such a shame, because the eclairs easily deserve five stars, but the attitude at the counter brought it down to two. A smile and a bit of kindness would make all the difference, especially on a Friday. Hesitant to go back when the customer service received at other sweet shops in the same area are 5 star service with a smile.

   have sampled a selection of items from Sweet Revenge over the past few weeks. My favourite to date was the mint/chocolate mousse cake, closely followed by the kahlua/chocolate mousse cake. Cake slices are large and these two flavours both had a perfect balance with the chocolate.

   Food is great and unique but customer service is not as great unfortunately. Came here Sunday 2/4 at around 2pm and witnessed the employee with yellow hair being incredibly rude to the customers in front of me. The customers requested their items be put into two boxes so they didn’t get squashed, as the other employee tried to squash them down into one box. The yellow haired person replied ‘it will fit’ in an incredibly rude manner and then proceeded to stand there on her phone. Neither of the employees smiled once to the customers or even said a simple ‘hello’. The customers were clearly offended and upset. Very sad because the food is amazing but the customer service from these two employees is really letting the place down.

   The gluten free selections seemed endless as we peered into that lovely exclusively GF cabinet. Decision making was difficult but we decided to pace ourselves with an eclair which appears to be the size of a small car and a salted caramel slice. We have a week in the area to try other delicacies from this outstanding bakery. We shared both selections and they were phenomenal!!! See you tomorrow!
