    Ordered a cake from them, and on the day of delivery it was not what I ordered, and the cake was dropped when taken out of the glass cabinet. I have been struggling since the 4th of Feb with Vanita to get the compensation and credit she told me I'll get over the phone upon collection of the cake on the 2nd of Feb! It is now the 24th Feb, and they have just pushed the matter under the mat, not sorting out the credit! Worst company i have ever dealth with, they feel nothing about customer satisfaction! Would not recommend at all!

    Absolutely delightful!! Served by a lady with a welcoming smile. Me and Mum had a donut filled with custard and cherry. So delicious! Also had beautiful fine bone China teacups to have our tea with - just the way it should be! Definitely be back next time we visit Morrinsville

    Arrived 12 noon Sat. Hardly any food in cabinet. Had pumpkin soup with cheese and garlic scone which had been toasted, uneatable. Partner had a bun with silverside, pickle and cheese, not wonderful. Asked for hot chips but just before they brought out his food they found they were out of stock. Nice staff but not organised. During the time we were there no other customers.

    Wow! Just what Morrinsville needs, this delightfully quaint tea shop tucked away, almost out of sight, so definitely look for it and when you find it stop and say hello to the lovely ladies inside, and while you're there indulge in a proper cuppa, or a coffee if you are that way inclined. Select some yummy goodness in the cabinet. Sit back and enjoy.....then once you've finished have a browse through their range of products for sale.

    I had been wanting to have lunch or morning tea here for a while. It seemed every time we tried it was closed. Finally I got there with 3 other ladies this week. It was about 1.10 p.m. and we looked in the cabinet to see a couple of sandwiches and some wrapped fruit cake. It was suggested we might like scones, jam & cream. I had a lovely cappuccino and another lady an iced coffee that looked delicious. Unfortunately we found the service slow and there was a lot if clutter on our table that the owner noticed but did not move. I bit of a shock to see a menu on the table with lovely choice of meals. However I did wonder how long you would be waiting for those. This is a beautiful shop with huge potential but not enough customer care and too slow. Hopefully things will improve.

    Lovely bright atmosphere, fabulous service, delicious made on site baking and made to order toasties! Huge assortment of teas and organic Italian style coffee! Baked goodies to take home and they stock Melz Morselz truffles!
