“Fantastic service! I made an online order a week before Christmas, knowing it was too late for pre-Christmas delivery. I received a text message on 18th December with the tracking number and expected delivery date of 30th December, then another message on 19th advising of a possible delay. My parcel was then actually delivered on 23rd December, for which I am very grateful. “I've (unfortunately) had to go twice in 3 days so have been in when busy, and in when it's quiet and every time both myself and my whanau have been treated with the most incredible kindness and dignity, even before we got into the building - security saw we had a collapse on our hands and offered to help us with a wheelchair & showed us closer parking options, through to reception being concise and helpful along with everything the medical team did. Felt very lucky to be able to access this service. Thank you”

“I have to preface this by saying that i had a really bad experience with someone who helps take the calls for The Doctors company itself but...... I was met with a phone call which i was highly disappointed with and whilst in a lot of pain was the last thing i wanted to deal with. I then went onto ask if i could speak to a nurse and was told because i have some outstanding fees that i would have to pay before i could talk to anyone at the practice....... Anyway While i waited for a nurse to call me back with all my faith in the health system in NZ lost i was met by 1 call from a nurse called Jill and another call from a nurse called Nicky from the Green Meadows practice. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible and made me feel like they really cared about patients and the job they are passionate about. It made my day and completely restored my faith that there are people in this industry who still care and do there absolute best to help when you are sick or need medical advice. 5 Stars for Nicky & Jill thank you for your support!”
