    Now... Post Haste have rectified my previous complaint, at head office level. Thank you for sorting this out. Previously... Broken outer surface of saxophone case. Courier/transport companies have complete disregard for the property they are entrusted with.

    Disgusting outfit, driver just stole a very expensive package, dispatch claimed to be investigating and then ghosted all my calls and emails. Never heard back no nothing. Do not use this service!!! They will rip you off. Going to be taking this further.

    They knocked and immediately ran off. Without even allowing for disabled people to even think of approaching. It's difficult to pick stuff up from the ground when recovering from surgery

    Terrible company with no care for customers. My parcel was to be signed for. It was smashed on its 10 days in their "care" and rattled like a box of smarties. They didn't get a signature they just rammed it in the letterbox and took off. On complaint they wouldn't even apologize for not getting a signature let alone the 10 days to deliver and the breaking of the item. Useless, will never ever use them. They didn't even get back to me after logging a ticket. They are dishonest and don't care about service at all.

    Appalling courier service. I'm 411, they threw the parcel onto 413 verandah in another st address. Luckily I had my phone number on the parcel. The recipient rang me and bought it to me. This has happened before. I tried calling but rings out.

    My parcel has been on the delivery van for 2 days. tried ringing to find out what the story is but no one answers the phone. 2 separate days no answers stay as far away from this company. they are useless I have to drive 10ks now to the branch to sort. A $20 freight charge now going to cost over a $100 in time and fuel

    Called 8 times in regards to a lost parcel that had claimed to be delivered but hadn’t. No one answered the phone any of the times I rung so now I’m waiting for a email hoping I haven’t just lost a $400 parcel! Very disappointed

    Customer Service over the phone was amazing as for the management well that's another story!! Had a parcel delivered and signed for by their driver not me and left on my doorstep nearly $600 worth gone!!! Within 2 days I had let them know what had happened..no reply for nearly a month only until I kept bugging them about it then they finally accept my claim do an investigation and proceed to tell me that has been denied because they claim I was past the 14 day claim period. Sent all my correspondence to them to show actually I was well within the timeframe even the business i brought the product off was asking them why this claim was denied still no response from them ! Never received any correspondence from them to myself to say what was happening now this was in February and I still haven't had any communication from them or even a courtesy email.even after me emailing to ask what is happening!!! Would definitely not recommend this company and they have to have the worst service.

    Excellent experience. Tahlia was very helpful and thanks to her I have successfully sent a parcel off to Hamilton that the opposition couriers were so very difficult about and clearly were not interested. Yes it was an awkward item of freight but all it took was a can do attitude. Thank you Tahlia - superb service and greatly appreciated. You are an asset to the firm you work for and I hope that they appreciate your "can do" attitude. Thanks again - next time I need a courier I will be at your front counter. Cheers Ian G Napier
