Just wanted to share some positive feedback about Aramex ... A parcel I ordered that I really did not think would be here before Xmas came into the country yesterday and within 24hrs it was delivered in hawke's bay during the Xmas busy time so got the gift before Xmas. Really appreciate your guys work!
Customer service was shocking , I gave the Napier branch a call today at about 3:10pm and was met with a lady who was very rude and not very helpful. I have had previous packages with aramex and always had great communication and service, very disappointed with how she handled the call. Gave one star only so I can post this I would prefer to give zero stars

The team here provide excellent service. They make sure the deliveries are done 100%. Thanks to Janet and staff and courier driver Akash. Simon has been great from Day 1! Always friendly and never misses a pickup (of which I have many!). Aramex rates are better than other couriers and usually get there faster, too. Thanks for all you do, Simon!!
Our courier Simon has always been friendly, helpful and reliable, he goes out of his way to help us, and always treats our precious plant packages with great care. Our local courier John is brilliant. Never missed a pick up (I send a lot of parcels), always at the same time. Never ever have I lost a parcel, sent or delivered. When John was away for a week, we certainly missed him. Thank you very much, John!
The service has hugely improved and is now super reliable and prompt. Probably largely thanks to the great work of Michelle, who always seems cheerful and friendly in the times I’ve been around for pickups.
