   Extremely slow in getting things done and completed for us. Perhaps due to an overloaded work schedule? In any event, customer service is severely compromised as has been our mental well-being. I will be celebrating when we finally do reach an end with this law firm. We will never use them again for our future legal requirements purely because of the ridiculously slow pace.

   Absolute waste of space!! ☹☹☹ Do not use Philip under any circumstances. I have made an official complaint. He suggested sending my daughter to live with my abusive wife for a trial in July 2020. We had to enter a memorandum of the results before Christmas 2020. After many emails, phone calls and chasing I eventually got a meeting with Philip in mid December and shared my thoughts. I followed up with daily phone calls, emails and texts. Philip failed to respond, or do anything at all. The decision was made that my daughter would live with my abusive, alcoholic ex wife because of Philip's total incompetence. 9 months later (August 2021) Philip has made no contact with me in any way shape or form since the meeting in mid December before the final decision was made. It wasn't that he did a bad job. The problem was he did absolutely nothing at all. I wish I could give him zero stars.
