Terrible customer service. Cannot speak to a human at all. Just getban automated American saying wait2nd time this company has done this & wont be using again.
Absolutely useless!! -5 stars is more suited Damages on EVERY delivery (but they try and hide it). Average 4-5 days delays from Auckland to Napier. Worst customer service, same excuses for years (blame the contract drivers). Wayne promises the world, uses the same excuses and nothing ever changes.
No communication, lots of unfulfilled delivery promises, hard to get hold of, and in the end it took so long that I had to go to their warehouse myself to pickup the parcel - although having paid for a door-to-door delivery. Not a pip for refund or compensation for any difference in cost for a warehouse pickup either. They seemed to be completely overwhelmed with work, and although very nice people, I think us clients cannot pay the price for their logistics bottlenecks, and it's up to the business to control output and the accepting of new freight orders that are in line with their deliverance capabilities. Hope they use this to improve and make it right for their customers.
