“I'd like to specifically shout out the ladies at reception in this clinic, because they really are superstars and make the whole process so much easier. Specifically Edyn, she was so lovely and really went out of her way to help me when I was having some issues with the phone appointments. I'm not sure who reads these reviews but if management is reading this give Edyn a raise!! Matter of fact give all the reception ladies a raise because everytime I've interacted with them they have been super helpful and kind, and when you're sick and needing help that's really all you could ask for.”

“I've attended this practice (with my family) for over 20 some years and have always been very happy with the quality of care and friendliness from the staff. I can usually get in to see someone on the same day unless it is unusually busy. People who have issues with the cost or anything else, write to your MP to change the laws to improve healthcare funding.”

“Not sure about the negative reviews from this place but we have been enrolled here since we moved to Hamilton and our experience everytime we visit was fantastic. Staff were awesome. Came back a number of times for our child's routine vaccination and it was a stress free experience. Receptionists are friendly and our GP is great as always. Booked a day prior with a different GP (Dr. Funmi) and she was helpful and listened to my complaints. Did not appear condescending at all. Highly recommended.”
