   Do not go here. Jane charged $431 to see me for half an hour and spent the whole time dismissing anything I had to say. She cut me off well before the 1 hour appointment concluded. Then told me she'll book another appointment for 2 weeks later till she gets all my files from DHB. I waited over 2 agonising MONTHS for that appointment and even then it was done by phone. The call lasted 10 minutes before she started dismissing me again. She completely ignored my history of depression, anxiety and PTSD. She completely dismissed my previous suicide attempts. She completely ignored all the history of diagnosis from the hospitals, doctors and the medications they prescribed just to tell me my issues were Drug and alcohol related. I was stunned. I asked how did you get to this conclusion she claims something on my files from over a decade ago. I've drunk alcohol twice in over 7 years and even then it was to stop the pain I was feeling in my head. The drugs she's referring to is Tramadol which was prescribed to me. Granted I did abuse it a little bit. But that's not on my file so where did she come up with this conclusion. Even so my Tramadol use is recent and I've been dealing with PTSD and depression for almost 3 decades. The entire conversation was her telling me to get help for alcohol. Lady I don't drink. I don't know where you got your degree from but frankly your service is disappointing and your dismissive and rude attitude is disgusting. I will be filing complaints with the Waikato DHD and Healthcare association. I will also be advertising on my website warning everyone to stay away from this charlatan. I have never felt this emotionally betrayed and screwed over in my life. This is at a time when the country is on Lockdown and finances are incredibly low. Unless you wanna be ripped off your hard earned money do your self a favor find somebody who actually cares.
