   Dr Faidhi Kadhem is the Bee's Knee's :). Yes, you have to book ahead for an appt but when I was really ill and turned up, (I couldn't handle the idea of being driven into Tui Hamilton), he saw me, nurses were activated for blood tests etc, diagnosed with advice re ambulance call if I became worse, I left feeling more in control of my health issue. Dr Faidi is awesome. Thank you.

   Despite stating that the doctors work until 4pm, I got told the most ridiculous thing by unhelpful receptionist Karen today - you cannot be seen by a doctor here after 2.45pm ever! I am sure the MoH will be interested to hear that their funding is going towards such poor service for the community. Shame on you!

   Horrible grumpy reception staff. Trying to get test results and after letting out a big sigh' is no help at all. I understand u may have had many calls about this but realize this is the first time we have made contact. So mabey u need a metal health break day off or go outside for a cigarette but having an attitude does not show well for your clinic.
