“Penny was very understanding when I was late due to me going to the other Pacific radiology in Hamilton East. Facility is very tidy and the staff are very polite. As well as the doctor that did the ultra sound on my leg, she made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Fingers crossed I don't get injured again but if I do I will be going back there.”

“I booked a last minute appointment to come here which I found the process very easy. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was warmly greeted with a “Kia Ora” by the reception staff. I instantly felt very comfortable as I am Māori myself. Everything following this interaction was smooth sailing.. I filled in the necessary forms and was almost immediately seen by the dentist. The consult was very quick and it was decided quickly that we would extract 2 teeth, this took no longer than 20 minutes. My experience was very positive and I left feeling that I had all the information I needed but also satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend and would also be coming back in the future. Atmosphere was nice, staff were amazing. Nothing to fault. I’m usually very against the dentist but I have to say this has been my best experience by far.”

“Had a sensitive tooth was looked at by another dentist but unresolved so looked at options, came across Richard at Victoria Dentist, I took his advice and booked a check up, good value, he assessed and confirmed the tooth causing the issue, gave me my options, rescheduled me, I returned and had the tooth repaired (composite), good pain relief, very thorough, took photos of the cracked tooth, repaired, good communication, pain now gone, very happy with the result, will return for a clean.
