   From the time you step in the front door to the time you leave, you receive the best care, from everyone. My nurses, Jia and Kim, along with Pat, were the ultimate professionals but still caring and warm, with great bedside manners and sense of humour. Surgeon Dr Pip Walker, brilliant surgeon and genuinely lovely person that explained everything and made sure i was at ease. The food was amazing and facilities outstanding.

   From reception to admission to theatre to recovery and beyond every single person was amazing. They were all so kind, caring and made sure I was well looked after during my stay here. Literally could not fault anyone or anything here. A special shout out to one of my nurses Angie who admitted me and took care of me for a good chunk of my “all inclusive” stay, she helped create such a calm and welcoming environment.

   I recently had my gallbladder removed at this hospital and stayed the night post op. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and supported. The hospital itself has a very homely and calming feel, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, which made my recovery so much easier. I want to give a special shout out to Nurse Angie, who was an absolute star during my stay. She was professional, compassionate and incredibly attentive. Always checking in on how I was doing, offering comfort, and making sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and genuine care made me feel truly looked after during my recovery time. I’m so grateful for her support and to the rest of the staff who contributed to such a positive experience. You made a huge difference in my recovery, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to others. Thank you all so much!

   Extremely caring staff and luxurious rooms with excellent food. From reception to specialists, the care is exceptional. No rushing but rather taking their time to put patients at ease. My favourite was the morning warm lavender scented facecloth to wake you up and start the day!

   Wow, what a fabulous team of people!!! Starting off with some lovely welcoming ladies at front reception. My son had an amazing nurse look after him so compassionate and caring along with Patricia thank you for checking on us so often and ensuring we're well taken care of. Last but not least the amazing team of Dr's, nurses pre and post op and anesthetist. Great care and service would absolutely highly recommend. Once again thank you all for your outstanding work.

   Wonderful experience with Anglesea Hospital.Dr. VP Singh was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured patient had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up.    This was my first ever hospital experience and I am so thankful and very impressed at the level of care I have received from Anglesea Hospital. I don’t think this level of care can ever be topped if I somehow end up under hospital care again. Excellent staff members from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. Thank you to Suzette, Penny, Tracy, Jenny, Donna, Bilna, Karen, Patricia and two gentlemen that I didn’t catch the name of as I was in and out of consciousness at the time, plus the other staff members that were involved in my care when I was really out.

   Evelyn, Kat, Charlie, Selena, Donna, Mike and Erena were lovely people who looked after me and my family so well and with so much kindness and empathy. Thank you for making arrangements so my 4m old baby and my partner could spend the night with me as I am breastfeeding and wouldn't be able to move easily after the surgery. Also thank you for being sensitive around when he was asleep during the day and night in the room. We really appreciate the work you do and how caring you were. Thank you, Alessandra, Adam and Liam.
