    They've changed to Hamilton Lake Clinic and its gotten worse. Difficult to get an appointment for several reasons. 1. Sometimes no Drs onsite just nurses, 2. Next available appointment is a week later when you don't need one. 3. Your call goes all over Hamilton before it gets to Huntly. I wanted a dressing change and the nurse had to wait for another colleague to video call to show her. Is this the health care were made to put our trust in? Some advice regardless if you need a medical certificate or not. Just get one. If you think you'll be better in 2 days and your not they'll charge appointment fee to have the medical sent to your email. Service is horrible

    Very frustrating trying to make an appointment when the receptionist doesn't understand and dismisses your call immediately and hangs up. Edit: From 1 star to NOTHING!! The receptionist gets worse every time. Not only does she announce your private information infront of the whole waiting room but HANGS UP when you call to make an appointment or rudely says ILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THERES SPACE and slams the phone. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND FIND ANOTHER GP!
