Extremely poor service I came in with my cat today she was chocking at home and I was very concerned.. the receptionist was too busy on the phone no indication that she will be with us soon nor did she bother to advise another staff member that she's on call can someone else come through and check what brought us in today. We waited for a bit and kept turning to her but she seemed unbothered no sign of her attempting to get off the phone or advising the customer on the phone to hold for a second this type of service is unacceptable clearly the receptionist can't multi-task and lacks basic customer service skills no empathy shown she saw us walk out the door but yet she never said a word she could have called another staff member or advise quickly I'll be with you shortly! Retrain the receptionist or find a replacement!
Darcy had dental work done at CareVets Hamilton South and they did an incredible job. Darcy came back with pearly white teeth. CareVets put him on antibiotics prior to surgery, and pain relief and once his teeth were cleaned up, he has back to being his happy chilled out self. I can’t thank and recommend CareVets enough. It always nerve wracking when your fur baby has to go to the vets, but they treated him like their own. Best vet experience he’s had in his 6 years. Only wish I had started using CareVets earlier! The team are so friendly, provide great advice and peace of mind and provided regular updates via phone call before, during and after his surgery! You won’t regret leaving your pets in CareVets safe hands!

The team did their utmost to help our cat, and then mailed us a beautiful handwritten card with her paw and muzzle prints inside after she died. They always go above and beyond, and every member of staff is warm, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
WORST VET EXPERIENCE EVER. They quoted way less than they were going to charge. They lied about my manner on the ph to another vet. They lied about what they said about our dog when questioned. I rang and complained to them. The manager was supposed to ring me to discuss this but they knew I'd caught them out on their lies and unnecessary costs so I never got an apology call in the end as I'd expected. Shop around people there are good vets elsewhere like Companion Vets on church road. They were excellent.
Awesome. They were very kind and caring towards our kittens and also kept me informed all the way through the process. Would recommend. Front counter staff very welcoming
