   Samuel at Alison surgery body in motion, was such an amazing and professional physiotherapist. He would explain every exercise and describe why it was necessary to help recovery my ankle. He Would give realistic goals so I felt like I was improving with every appointment. Super kind and easy to get along with. Would recommend him to everyone.

   Today I had a massage from the wonderful Paige Bush. Her professionalism and welcoming presence made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire experience. The tranquil and clean set up of the massage room invited me to feel safe and trusting of Paige, with friendly chatting, frequent check ups of pressure and boundaries, and explanations of what she was doing. Paige is a very knowledgeable individual in her area of work and her passion for massage really shines through. I would gladly book in with her again

   I’ve been to massage therapists in the UK, Aus, and USA, but Hamilton-based Alanah beats them all. I can’t recommend her highly enough for her Deep Tissue massage, which has transformed my muscles (which were rock hard, and not in a good way!) and helped me move and sleep better. The facility itself is lovely as well. I really ought to try the yoga one day, because based on what I’ve seen and experienced at Taylored Health so far I’m sure it will be fantastic.    I have been going to Alanah at Taylored Health and Performance since they opened for deep tissue massage. While she has done most the “hard work” I have also had good massages from Abbey and Mel. When I started visiting, I was not in a good place physically. They have worked with me now on a weekly basis to a point where not only are the number of sore muscles reduced, but my overall health has also improved. I would recommend anyone with muscular aches and pains to visit Taylored for a fully professional service and a genuine interest in your wellbeing.

   Would highly recommend fitme massage. Alana was amazing, she was professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the 90 min massage.
