I've never been to a osteo before. They explained what was happening and how they worked and the concept behind their actions. We chatted throughout the consultation all the while being stretched, pushed and manipulated. I return in two weeks for another session.

Beautiful place to be, so calming and relaxing, itβs such a gorgeous βvintageβ building, as soon as you walk in youβre greeted by a kind receptionist ready to assist you, the room is soothing while you wait for your appointment. I had my services done by βArmenβ as I was 38 weeks pregnant with a breech baby, he educated me & talked me through this new experience & procedure to help me flip my baby, he had recommended to come back at 39 weeks if my baby hadnβt of turned and unfortunately he hadnβt, I email Armen in panic as im getting close to my due date & heβs still breech. Armen replied to me very quickly and within late hours (which I appreciated) booking a last minute early appointment the next day when he was fully booked for the day. Once I had given birth Armen had stayed in touch with me afterwards wanting to check up on us and as a new mother it was very caring & such a kind gesture to not be known as βjust another clientβ and to be thought of even after the given service. Iβm forever thankful for Armen:)

It was easy to book an appointment. I met with Ryan Bell who was professional and courteous. He was able to find the issue and spent the time to help relieve the discomfort. Very happy with the service and will be returning again for a check up. Also, easy parking to the building and easy to find.

I saw Ryan & he was great. Many friends have been recommending Waikato Osteo, but I had no idea what osteo actually was. I finally booked an appt & my shoulder felt so good after my first session. Ryan was very knowledgeable & I loved the explanation he gave me as to what had happened to cause my pains. Its good to actually have that deeper understanding. Definitely recommend this clinic :)
Yesterday I had my first appointment with Eu Gene. He is amazing, very professional. The pain in my knee is better in only one visit. Also, the receptionist is so kind!
Armen is a wonderful professional with a huge amount of training and a very beautiful spirit. One session with him cured a painful hip and was a great morale booster for me. The best acupuncturist I have ever experienced in nearly 70 years of life.
