Excellent service at Specsavers that made you feel valued. Staff very polite and patient in explaining to us the choices we had. Didn't feel they were pushy. All the staff, from reception to optician worked as a good team.
The team are very welcoming. They smile and make eye contact when you walk through the door, and verbally greet you with genuine friendliness. They are very helpful in helping to choose a frame. They also were very informative about the different lenses I could get. Finally my glasses were expertly fitted before I took them home.
From start to finish the staff were great. A quick but thorough eye check and bonus hearing test. The optometrist Jason giving very clear and detailed explanations of the eye examination and improved my eyesight! And a very helpful and patient Keziah who helped me pick new frames. Thank you very much
Yes, Iβd like to mention my optometrist (Iβm sorry, I forgot her name). She was incredibly professional, kind, and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable during the eye test, and showed genuine care and attention. Her friendly attitude and excellent service truly made my experience outstanding.
Our family has been coming here for years for eye tests and glasses. Service has always been fantastic from Optometrists and the sales team. My daughter and I visited this week for tests and 4 pairs of new glasses/sun glasses between us. Special thanks to staff memberJessica who spent a lot of time with us helping choose the right frames and styles to suit our individual tastes and ages (a teenager and 50-something mum). She also has great drawing skills!! Highly recommend coming here.
Was it the fact that I paid with the subsidy fornglasss that the man ar the xounter was degrading towards me . I'm glad I heard from my friend about the child subsidy defiantly was informed by special savers Two weeks maybe three to get my glasses three trips later from out of town . Doubt I will go to soec savers again at Chartwell Square rude man

Oscar in particular was amazing, he truly listened to my needs and worked hard to find the perfect solution for me. Will not be going back too Specsavers! Got a confirmation call on Friday evening. The guy on the phone at 4 55pm was abrupt and rude! And didn't even say goodbye , he just ended the phone call. I'm disgusted at how I was spoken too! You should NOT employ people who don't have common decency or people skills! I went too my app at 9 40am on Saturday as I have also had good experiences at that store. The guy who did my eye scan and optometrist were excellent. After that the guy Ben wasn't helpful or really nice or smiled or understanding of my circumstances. Felt like I was he couldn't wait too move onto the next customer. Like I was just another number he had too get through. Disgusting !
