   I would like to share my recent experienced regarding my recent dental visit. This was the first time I experienced such an inconvenient and uncomfortable tooth extraction. Unfortunately, the gentleness I expected during the procedure was missing. The dentist pulled the skin of my mouth quite roughly, and while trying to extract my upper left tooth, the instrument kept pressing against my lower teeth and gums. As a result, not only did I feel pain at the extraction site, but also in my lower teeth and jaw, which became really sore afterward. It seemed like the procedure was done in a rush, adding to the discomfort I experienced. Aside from being a very painful experience, the extraction was also quite expensive, which made the situation even more disappointing. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the care, patience, and gentleness extended to patients in future procedures. However, I would still like to acknowledge Ruby and other staffs for being accommodating and pleasant. Their kindness and professionalism made the administrative side of my visit much easier and more welcoming.

   I booked an appointment for 8:30am — the first appointment of the day — as advised by the clinic. When I arrived on time, they still made me wait, and by 8:50am I was told I’d need to wait another 20 minutes. This shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and poor scheduling management. It feels like they overbook appointments just to maximize revenue. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

   This was my first time back to the dentist in 30 years. Nervous yes however, Dentist Avi and his assistant were amazing. Quick and professional with a lot of support and care. I felt like a person not a paycheck. Going again in 2 weeks for another extraction, and not nervous at all. Thank you team

   Efficient contact - I had emailed to make an appointment at 3am and was lucky enough to have received a confirmation call the same morning to go in. Efficient service - Dr Avi and his assistant were so well informing during the procedure of removing my wisdom tooth and were persistent with checking on me. Thank you! Well understanding information given with everything that was going on and needing to be done. And considering how busy it would have been especially being a dentist (the only one open on Saturday!) I did not feel at all rushed. Lovely service overall :)

   This is the place for wisdom teeth removals. Dr Bahi Loganathan and her assistant blew me away with their professionalism and efficiency. Much cheaper than I expected too and feel fully recovered the day after. My only regret is not coming here sooner. Receptionist was super friendly too.

   Amazing service and very happy with experience. Highly recommend. Thorough consult and advice, ended up getting a wisdom tooth removed, had no pain from the procedure and was well informed of procedure process and medicine involved. Both Avi and nurse were wonderful. Great follow up texts as well after appointment. Definitely worth going here.
