“I can definitively recommend Alina's group classes and One on One sessions. It is remarkable how slow & gentle movements can support your body to move, stand, sit and rest in a better way! After the group classes my body felt light. It felt it moved how it is suppose to move - with ease. And that was great! In the One on One sessions Alina used her loving hands and knowledge to work on specific needs for my body. She helped me with my sitting position especially while driving the car.
