Ultra sound technician was very thorough and kind. Great that Gold card holders don't pay extra for ACC claim. Much appreciated. Front door should open inward or better, sideways, for differently abled people.

A huge thank you to the team at Avanti. The receptionist booking my ultrasound was fantastic. I had an ultrasound booked within 4 days. She helped put my mind at ease while I waited, gave clear and concise instructions, was polite and professional but also easy to build rapport with. Upon arriving, staff were again attentive and accommodating. I had a breast ultrasound and the breast sonographer at Avanti has over 30 years experience (please donβt leave - you are an asset!). She was also very professional and lightened the mood/made me feel very comfortable. They have ultrasound gel warmers now (times have changed haha) and the entire experience and human connection made a stressful time much more tolerable. I recommend Avanti to anyone needing ultrasound (esp breast) in a speedy manner. Thank you to all the staff there and I wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas.
Great service made me feel welcome and relaxed. The service provided was meticulously done, thorough and I did not feel rushed. The location is well positioned, lots of parking out the front accessible from the main road and the entrance is on the ground floor. Thank you for the excellent service.
I was given my initial appt. a few days after the referral was sent by my gp. ( Bonus - no long wait list.) I was unwell so delayed the appt. by a week the receptionist was very helpful in getting this done. I was sent reminders for my appts. I was given contact phone numbers should I require them. The staff I met were all lovely, polite and helpful on the day. All in all a great experience - thanks Avanti Ultrasound.
