   I always receive absolutely outstanding service at Tolbecs. I burst my eardrum which was pretty horrendous but the nurse (so sorry I can't remember her name) was so kind and understanding and really took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend the team at Tolbecs

   AMAZING service! I had a really bad ear infection, and the staff were so welcoming, non-judgmental, and understanding. Booking an appointment online was super easy, and they took great care of me—cleaning both ears and providing antibiotics. After 2 appointments (within 2 days), I’m pain-free and can hear properly again! I also appreciate that they offer Afterpay, which can be a huge help for those who need it. Highly recommend!

   Couldn't find fault with anything. Was so easy to book an appointment online. The staff member who dealt with me was very efficient & friendly and explained everything, making sure I understood instructions. The receptionist was also very friendly.    I have been a regular user of Tolbecs services in Hamilton East for a couple of years now and find them a wonderful team to help me maintain the health of my ears. Particularly appreciate the ease of the online booking service, and quite often find that if I ring directly there may be an appointment sooner than what is shown on the booking scheduler. Also appreciate their willingness to ring if a cancellation comes in before my appointment comes up. Highly recommended for professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness.

   I had a blocked ear for 12 days from having a cold and an international flight. Doctor did not help but referred me to Tolbec ear clinic. Nurse was amazing in explaining the problem and self treatment advice. My ear has cleared within 24 hours. In future I will go direct to the clinic for any ear problems.
