I'm so glad I randomly found this place months ago on my trip around New Zealand! I had been dealing with knee pain for a long time, which had stopped my travels and hikes, and Ronnie managed to find out what was wrong and help me out in not many sessions, giving me great advice and useful exercises to get better too. I can't recommend him enough, thank you!!

Highly recommended Vigour Physiotherapy. All the staff are very friendly. Ronnie was very professional while sorting out my back problems and gave me advice on how to prevent from happening again . Will definitely be going back if i need to in the future.

The staff at Vigour Physio are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have been seeing Mia on and off for a few different things, she is amazing to work with. She is always patient, kind and thorough, taking your needs into account while trying to keep the recovery process short and long lasting. would definitely recommend.
