Had my 2nd Vampire facial yesterday. I was completely at ease as Jess is so professional and expert in her field. Everything went well, starting with Tamsyn cleansing my skin and putting me under her Healite LED which makes you feel like you are at the beach, all the while Jess has taken blood (just like with a blood test) which I hardly noticed as was completely relaxed and feeling pampered. Once blood was separated, the Healite is finished, numbing cream is then spread on my face and Jess had small syringes loaded with my beautiful plasma. Letting the cream do its thing Jess quietly explained as she injected around my eye area and mouth area. Leaving enough plasma for Tamsyn then to place on my skin and Micro needle in. I'm hooked. Looking forward to my third treatment in a month as I am seeing progressing positive results. My aged skin is waking up it seems and all looking bright and natural. Tamsyns products are very much part of the journey I'm on. Thankyou Jess and Tamsyn I'm excited.

Absolutely fabulous is a understatement, laser hair removal and it had no pain, can feel a slight flick but nothing to make you jump or unhappy, an amazing place and such professional service. This is the only laser place I will recommend. Can't speak higher enough of the painless machine and professional service. Everyone needs to get there laser treatments done here in my opinion.
