Staying in a storytelling house which used to be a school was special. We had a great stay in The Old School House!”

“We arrived very late at night and still it was no problem to our wonderful hosts who waited up for us. It was a rainy and cold night and it was wonderful to arrive to our preheated quarters. To our surprise, as we did not realize the sea in front of the Silos was so tidal, when we turned the lights out we could people spearfishing under headlamps just in front. Amazing.”

“First time there yesterday - what an awesome facility! Dogs had a blast! Was wonderful for mildly reactive dog to have her own space & time to just have fun. “We had a lovely stay at Andre’s farm, wonderful host. A calm peaceful environment, we loved all the sheep, mini horses, ducks, fowls, chickens, and wide impressive variety of exotic birds. We were sad to leave and definitely wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay here again!”

“It’s not often that a place you stay at ticks all the boxes, theres always something wrong or a bit weird, but not here. The Breakfast provided (with home made elements and local produce from growers markets) was excellent, the beds and pillows were great and super comfy (this is something I often find disappointing at hotels) , and the bathrooms were just like a 5 star luxury hotel. John and Kay + their friendly dogs were the perfect hosts, and in a way it was like staying with friends. They provided a cot and high chair for our 9 month old baby, plus made the main area safe for him to roam around in (and tolerated his yelling throughout the night) The surrounding bushland and the serenity emanating from it cannot be accurately described, just book a few nights here and experience it for yourself!”
