   Cary helped me with my first home and made it so easy! Cary was incredibly helpful with helping me purchase my first home. As someone who works in retail, I am thrilled to say that I felt valued and listened to. From the open home viewing up until now Cary has been fantastic, communication has been faultless and every step has been explained in an easy to understandable manner. Knowledge on the building, work done and neighborhood was fantastic. The vendor was overseas, though this didn't make a difference in the effentiency and seamlessness of the purchase.    Very͏ happy we chose Cary in such a tough market. We met Cary some years ago when we were interested in a property he was selling. We liked his honesty, his casual style, and his lack of 'pushiness'. We didn't purchase that property but were again impressed when Cary phoned us following the auction to let us know what it had sold for. We remembered Cary when it came time to sell and asked him to do an appraisal. Although the market was on the way down, he priced it for what he considered its true value which we were happy with, and as the market dropped further, he never once advised dropping the price. In the end, we made that decision with no pressure from Cary. Although it took some time, our property did sell, and Cary was as genuinely happy as we were, which confirmed the care and interest he had taken during the entire process. Thanks Cary :)

   Best agent around I have dealt with probably over 30 estate agents in the past 5 years. Quite simply, Cary is the estate agent that has been the most down to earth and honest by far. He made my property purchase an enjoyable experience - and that is not the norm! All paperwork was sent immediately on request, viewing the property at short notice was also possible, but most importantly, any questions were answered fast and no matter how ridiculous these could have sounded to him, they were always answered with kindness.
