We stayed in the classic caravan. Very cute and all the amenity you need. Andre the host is an absolute legend and gave us a tour of the property and all his beautiful animals.
We had a lovely stay at Andre’s farm, wonderful host. A calm peaceful environment, we loved all the sheep, mini horses, ducks, fowls, chickens, and wide impressive variety of exotic birds. We were sad to leave and definitely wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay here again!
The place was very nice, close to hobbiton. The hosts are very welcoming and nice. Prices are fair.
Andre is a very caring host. The accommodation is amazingly located on the rolling hills of the Waikato. One of the highlights is a dip in the spa hot tub at at dusk looking out over the Kaimai's.
It was great stay in rolling vans. Host was very welcoming. We have stayed for one night. Sun rice view was awesome. Farm was beautiful with cattle. It is near to the Hobbiton movies set. Great stay.
We loved the vintage caravan. The view was great and we enjoyed our hosts friendly welcome and trying to make us comfortable. The hot tub was lovely but expensive at 10.00 per person! We suggest an insect screen on the front door so the lovely evening light can come in but without the bugs. We would end up with moths and mozzies on the ceiling and have to try to chase them out or wack them with rolled up paper to get rid of them before going to bed! There was Separate bathroom which was a short walk on a pretty well lit path. The shower was good, it was clean and modern. May be not quite so easy to get up to use in night when weather is bad, but we were lucky to go in late summer and it was fine weather. The little horses were cute and friendly and there were ducks in a pen as well . We stayed two nights. The stars in the sky were magnificent being out in the country we could see the entire milky way. It was gorgeous. A great stay. .
Beautiful place, very caring and friendly place. The motorhome got EVERYTHING you need!
