I have so many of the Nee Dress's and was so excited to discover they had my size in stock, that I immediately added it to my cart without even reading the write up explaining the altered length.. so when receiving it I was so disappointed to see how much shorter it is, especially when you're 5'10. “I am a first time shopper with Frames Footwear. I was after a pair of Bresley shoes and they had what I wanted. I sent off a request at 10am, and was kept informed all the way. The courier collected the shoes around 4pm and I received them by 3.30pm the following day and I live North of Auckland. So from Dunedin to the North of Auckland in one day is absolutely fantastic. I received a lovely hand-written note from Tom. There was a wee issue with the shoes (they squeaked) so I sent an email to Tom, which he answered straight away and sent me up a pottle of beeswax (which once again was received within 24 hours). This has fixed the squeaking. I can't thank you enough for the good old fashioned wonderful service. So much appreciated, and I will be shopping with you again. :)”
