   This sales attendant could not take her eyes off me when I looked at clothes this morning at your store and the sour look on her face let me know I had committed a crime for being brown and coming on the door. It as saddening and offensive. I will never shop here again. If I receive this treatment in another city from country road sales attendant, I will never buy another item from this outlet. Your attempt at embracing diversity in your advertising campaigns won’t work if people cannot feel welcome in your stores.

   well, most of store staff are kind and professional. But there is A salesperson who looks down on individuals based on their socio-economic status, and exhibits discriminatory and prejudiced behavior. This person engage in biased practices, treating potential customers unfairly, by showing negative attitude and not helping with enquiries within reason.

   Very sad, very sad for a place like NZ which I have praised for its niceness. My family and I were either racially or financially profiled right upon entry. We went to shop for our kids. The moment we were seen by the ladies their facial muscles stretched into derision. And get this, when I went to one to ask for shoes size for my kid, she replied with the price....interesting!

   I had a brilliant experience when Caitlyn served me in the Dunedin shop a week ago. She had a great knowledge of stock and was able to source what I was asking for. Caitlyn was busy at the time, but managed very well to serve multiple people at once. It was great to see such great service provided by young people in your shop. Thank you Caitlyn for your help. I am sure to be back.
