I bought a pair of trousers on a Friend day afternoon and they needed to be taken up. The owner knew I wanted to wear them the next day at lunch time for a special occasion. Nit only dud she take them up she delivered to home that evening. What fabulous service.

What an amazing team at Luma. The service was incredible I wanted to re-invent myself and had lost hope with fashion and the mainstream stores I had no idea where to start. On a cold winter day I popped in by chance to fill in time and walked out with an outfit, from that moment I didn't want to wear my old clothes anymore. I went back the next week and replaced my full wardrobe. They looked after my friend and I for over two hours and were so helpful and supportive to get the right clothes for you that make you feel special and confident as you should in clothes. They even popped down the road and got the washing bags for me to wash all my new outfits in. That is above and beyond service I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
Bought a gorgeous pair of floral linen trousers a few months back. Always get compliments when I wear them with people wanting to know where I bought them. Yesterday I stranger came up to me. I happily refer them to wonderful Karen at Luma.
