I had the best experience at Bride & Winter. The space is welcoming and beautiful and Alana made me feel so comfortable. She listened carefully to what I wanted and helped me trust the process. It was such a surreal feeling to pick up my dress but I'm so happy and can't wait to share my dress with everyone!
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Bride and Winter. Alana is great at what she does, plenty of dresses to choose from and try on and never once felt pressured in my try on appointment. Would 100% recommend a visit here.
Staff were incredibly rude to my sister and I when we visited, at the time we checked the website and while you could book an appointment, it didn't say that it was required. When we walked in (door was open and no sign to say they had a private appointment in progress) we were straight away told we had to leave, not nicely either. The staff need customer service training as they could have explained their policy about appointments/had it on their website that you were required to book. Shop somewhere else, we did, better dresses and better customer service. Do not recommend.
Meg was awesome! I didn’t have the luxury of multiple sessions due to time constraints and Meg totally understood the assignment! She found me my perfect dress and the whole process was so painless (more for me than her I’m sure!). Thank you for your amazing work!
I had a fantastic experience with Alana and her team - from the get go everything was super relaxed and I had ample time to go through all the dresses I liked and pick out as many as I wanted to try on - I even tried some on 2-3 times was no trouble! I didn’t end up making a decision on the day and it was no sweat, Alana took my measurements in case I changed my mind before my next appointment, she also honoured the 20% off sale that was going to expire by the time I came in next - which helped so much - weddings are pricey! I finally made my decision with no pressure and it was entirely my own - 6 months later I had the final fitting and alterations to my dress it was perfect! I recommend Bride and Winter to all my friends getting married
Highly recommend! I had the absolute best experience getting my dress here. The girls were so accommodating when I had to change my appointment last minute. They took their time with me and were not pushy at all for me to buy something. Not to mention my dress was absolutely perfect and they kept me so well up to date while it was being made.
All I can say is wow! 10/10 service and no regrets. My first dress shopping appointment was at Bride and Winter and I’m so glad because Vicky made me feel immediately comfortable and welcome. I felt like trying on wedding dresses was such a vulnerable personal moment, and the bride and winter team absolutely get that and do their all to make you feel at home in their store. Every appointment I had right through to my final fitting the week before my wedding, the team were kind, helpful, supportive and patient with my 100 questions. Nothing was a problem for them. I’m so glad I went with Bride and Winter for my wedding dress buying experience, and I’d recommend them to anybody
