The staff are always friendly, helpful and competent. Chantelle and Toni are so much fun to deal with. They are always ready for a laugh whilst still maintaining a level of professionalism. They have invaluable knowledge on all the schools individual requirements and guidelines which makes the whole process so easy and efficient. They definitely take the stress out of starting the school year!
Friendly staff, change rooms available. Fast ordering for size items not stocked, amazing communication. When the colour I selected did not match- they were exchanged hassle free. Bonus that they were wonderful with my small children.
A great experience from wonderful staff. I rang before hand and explained the child had complex needs. Lily-Ana handled the situation well and was very patient and accommodating.. she turned a usually stressful experience into an easy one
Amazing customer service, it was our first time purchasing uniform and the guy who served us was super helpful managed to get everything we needed all together quickly, we even got extra help with sizing recommendations etc. 10/10 will be back for all our uniform/school needs.
What a wonderful change, the shop is back to its awesome self, just like it was when on the one-way system, amazing what removing staff with no people skills can do, yesterday we were so impressed and will be going back, please keep these staff members on, they have changed the shop back to its excellent self, very impressed. So nice to walk in, to a hello and not a grunt.
