I am a spur of the moment person and when I drop into the showroom Adrian is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. If he can fulfill my order on the spot he will. Otherwise orders are processed and arrive in a timely manner. Nothing is a problem. Wonderful customer service and follow up.
