Fantastic service! My husband and I came to Dunedin slightly under prepared and first tried Kathmandu (a disaster) but then luckily happened upon the amazing team at Bivouac Dunedin. Shopping for outdoor gear is pretty overwhelming for us, so we were very grateful. We both bought jackets and walking boots, and we've worn these every day since. Thank you, team!

Staff got me into the right gear instead of forcing a sale. Excellent prices on clearance items too.
I came in to try on boots of size 42 UK for bush work. The staff measured my feet and determined they were better suited to a 41 UK but were unusually wide (hence why I'd always been buying bigger sizes). They fitted some inner soles that support my feet better and narrow them slightly. I now have a correctly fitting, comfy pair of boots and the knowledge to guide future boot purchases. Cannot recommend the boot department staff enough. Thanks!

Certainly has it all when it comes to h outdoors, not a huge store but who needs one when you have everything and will get it if not worth look for what You want.
