“Fabulous service today from the staff at Peter Alexander. One of the ladies hand stitched a hole in the sleeve of a dressing gown where the piping had not been attached properly. I didn't want a refund as they had sold out of the dressing gown and Lynette offered her sewing service. She did an amazing job. Thank you girls.”

I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”
