   i had the best experience in this shoe store today! The woman (i didn’t get her name) was incredibly helpful, relatable, and just genuine in nature. I appreciate those experiences a lot and will definitely be going back. Totally made my day ! She was an absolute angel and asset to that store— and ofc got a great new pair of gym shoes ! Highly recommend

   Hoping this gets back to the woman working the closing shift today (18 Oct). She was very friendly and went completely above and beyond for us this evening. My partner and I were looking to buy a new pair of shoes each. We asked the staff member if she had anymore of a sneaker my partner liked. They didn't but she offered to call and get a hold on a pair at another shop that did have it. We decided she didn't need to go through the trouble but she gave us all the info for the other store so we can go tomorrow.. THEEEEENN without us even asking, she had checked if the shoe I wanted was also instock at the other store and let us know that it was. She must have noticed we wanted to get the 'buy 1 second 50% off' deal. Lovely and helpful staff and a very tidy shop.

   There's a lovely blonde lady working here who is is really well presented and so helpful. I went in today for an exchange of sizes in a leather shoe and she explained how the shoes will loosen over time. I really appreciated her knowledge, especially after already visiting Eastgate store when the woman there didnt let me know that at all. This staff member you have at the palms is great. I'd travel further for the better service for sure.

   The worst place to buy shoes, I was trying to give back some completely uncomfortable shoes what I bought, only 2 days after de buyer and the girl told me that I couldn’t bc it was not in the same condition to sell (for sure these shoes couldn’t be seller again, them was bad! Sorry but this is not the way.)

   No one greets you or comes to help at all customer service was absolutely non existent. Saw atleast 3 staff on the floor, and 6 customers not one customer was greeted or serviced. Seriously what a shame considering your role is customer service.

   I read some reviews where people are complaining about the lack of, or inadequate customer service. I get why this could be interpreted as such, but I actually prefer not having a sales rep on my tail, asking if I need anything every few minutes. I like to do my own browsing and trying on, without constant pestering. Once I needed assistance, the staff was actually very helpful, I ended up purchasing three pairs of comfortable reasonably priced shoes. I will go back.
