   Terrible experience. Items listed as on sale online were not discounted in-store, which was very frustrating. Management needs to ensure that in-store prices match the website promotions. I visited another Mountain warehouse in Christchurch, and their prices for the same items correctly matched the website, so the inconsistency at this Northlink branch is disappointing.

   Went into the Papanui store today to exchange an on-line order dress, as I'd been sent a different colour to the one I'd ordered. Sheri was incredibly helpful in getting it sorted, doing the on-line return and re-order for me. I was so happy with the service and manner in which it was given, they may have got themselves a new customer.

   Went into Mountain Warehouse Northlink (Papanui) to buy the Wash N Proof 300ml. Online it was clearly marked $18.99 (50% off clearance), but at the counter I was charged $32. When I questioned it, the Chinese staff member was rude and told me the discount only applied if I bought another item. Completely misleading compared to the website. Customers be careful — you might get overcharged at this store. Prices should match the advertised clearance and staff should treat customers with respect.

   Walked into this place as had a sale on and was looking to purchase a few items. However lack of interest from staff with zero customer service skills and I completely changed my mind. The staff member was way to busy playing on her phone, which I find odd considering they had just opened and I was the only customer. You need to do better with customer service as there are many other places I can & will go to get the items I need. These other places know how to treat customers. DO BETTER!!

   Third time I visited this store . Still couldn't get served. As I've read the reviews going back about a year it appears obvious to me they just don't care about customer service. As a result I have found a Mountain Warehouse on Trade me., Auckland. Free returns and delivery. Maybe more of us should check it out. Might wake this crowd up . Good luck.
