“I phoned and was able to make a very last minute appointment to be fitted for a sports bra. The lady on the phone was lovely and very accommodating. The staff in the store were kind, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. I was initially concerned about how much I would be paying for a sports bra, but for $100 (very reasonable when you've tried and failed in a multitide of other stores to find a 16G!) I got a very comfortable, very supportive sports bra, and a wonderful experience with some truly lovely ladies. Will definitely be shopping here again!”

“I have been in Smarty Pants a number of times, sometimes I'm not quite sure what gift I'm after, last time it was for my 10yo nephew who lived in Australia. After being asked a few thoughtful questions the retail assistant offered some suggestions and showed me a couple of items, it was perfect! The best service, she really took the time to help me without any of the pushiness. Really friendly and positive. The shop itself is treasure, laid out beautifully with high quality items. Back for sure, next time its lunchboxes! From past experience, I know that they will talk me through the options so I get the right one!”

“Lovely little OP Shop, always a collection of random free items outside and very well organised items inside. The board behind the counter with all the dogs that are being helped out by the charity just add to it and it's great knowing that anything spent here is going to such a good charity. Grabbed so many different bits and bobs for the house from here and always pop in if I'm in the area.”

“I also have an amazing experience with this brand. Went in today just to have a look around. I sit at the top end of the cup size range and often struggle to find fun and sexy bras. I told the sale assent my size and showed her some examples of things I liked. She managed to pull 5+ bras for me to try. Everything fitted and it was one of the most positive shopping experiences I've had. Absolutely made my day and made me feel good about myself. Also the team are just so lovely we had a good chat and laughed.”

“Absolutely amazing service from a young lady working here. She helped me find the best bras to complement my figure. Her sizing advice was spot on. She even gave me a new style to try that I surprisingly loved. Not only are the staff lovely, but so are the deals honestly worth the 20-minute drive for me. I was able to buy 4 bras for $150. This is amazing considering I went to a store the weekend prior, and it would've come to $245. If you are looking for kind, fast, service and some good deals, I recommend giving this place a go.”

But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”
