   I visited this store on Tuesday and had such a lovely experience. I popped in during the final hour before closing, and both staff members were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help despite the late timing. The service was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. There was no pressure to buy more than I needed; instead, they thoughtfully let me know about a promotion on the item I chose and even mentioned discounts already on my account. Both ladies were incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and a real credit to the company.

   August 2025 I went into the Riccarton Store for the first time and the store assistant was rude and unhelpful assisting my decision making.    I also have an amazing experience with this brand. Went in today just to have a look around. I sit at the top end of the cup size range and often struggle to find fun and sexy bras. I told the sale assent my size and showed her some examples of things I liked. She managed to pull 5+ bras for me to try. Everything fitted and it was one of the most positive shopping experiences I've had. Absolutely made my day and made me feel good about myself. Also the team are just so lovely we had a good chat and laughed.

   Bra N Things Riccarton is one of my go to venues for mid priced lingerie. The sales staff are friendly and very approachable. No questions are dismissed. They are always go out of their way to find what you want whether it's in another store or in Australia. Their website is very easy to negotiate.

   I’ve never been badgered so incessantly at a shop in my life (an especially noteworthy achievement, when only 1 staff member appeared to be working at the time). I got fed up and went to another branch instead, which was a far better experience.
