   Incredible customer service! I only went in looking for a skort but walked out with so much more and I was stoked I did :) Amber was so extremely helpful with making sure I had the right sizes I needed, put the garments in the changing room for me while I shopped around, hyped me in when I came out in a new fit and even made some perfect recommendations! I’m not much of a shopper but I felt so comfortable and confident in store, all because of the team that works there. Thank you for making my experience as amazing as you guys did!

   After 2 hours of shopping for 4 birthdays, my daughter and I ended up at Dotti to buy her some black pants. She tried on a pair and then one of the girls, Emma, asked how it went. My daughter said they fitted well however didn't like the bottom of the legs. Emma then suggested a totally different style and my daughter tried them on and loved them. Whilst she tried them on, Emma happily chatted to me while watching the store to help others as needed. Emma also was great at upselling and asked if she would like another pair in a different colour and mentioned all the colours. We ended up walking away with a blue pair as well. Emma is a real asset to Dotti and we will definitely go there again and hopefully have her wonderful customer service.

   In my experience at Dotti over the years, especially at the Riccarton branch, I found that the atmosphere is always welcoming and the store is tidy. The ladies working here ought to always make you feel warm and I totally like their friendly approach though I mostly come here for a browse. Never had a bad experience in this store and for that, I shall be back. ☺️

   Went here today and I wish I could give the staff a 10/5 stars as their customer service was truly amazing. Everyone who walked in got the exact same treatment. The ladies that worked there uplifted other females on the choices of clothing. Would reccomend to shop here

   I was in today trying on a pair of jeans and the service was amazing a lovely young lady was so kind and she asked what colours i preferred and she went and got them but added something that i didn't say just to try something new and she was amazing loved that service definitely come again. :)

   Hi I just wish to say I shopped today around lunch time at the dotti riccarton mall with my 9month old baby. I would like to say a huge thanks to all staff there I have not had such great service in a store like this b4, they where so friendly happy, helpful and went above and beyond these ladies are amazimg at there job and have not for a very long time had this service hence my post I never write reviews. Cheers ladies keep up the great worl will def be back.

   My daughter and I shopped at Dotti Riccarton looking for a dress. The sales assistant was so helpful. She took us through the shop pulling out dresses, finding the right size and helping get suitable styles. My daughter usually struggles to get clothes that she likes and fits but the sales assistant made it so much easier and a lovely dress was found and bought
