   I've only ever had positive experience with the staff here. Came in one late night 30mins to closing just looking to see if they carried my size. 38ff unfortunately nothing fit right and I was quite upset. The staff were very lovely and explained they only carry the bigger sizes at Ric. Which is not the staffs fault she was amazing helping find sister sizes and just seeing if we could find anything that worked and even checked ric stock to make sure I'd have more options over there. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling positive in myself. Would be a 5/5 if all the stores carried up to the higher sizes.

   Lovely items in store as always and all the girls here were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. I only got Bella’s name but if you meet her in store you are guaranteed the most genuine service. She is excellent and will definitely look after you!! You can feel her passion for her role in helping customers find the most gorgeous and complimenting pieces. She genuinely cares about everyone she interacts with including her team.    Went to buy my first sexy underwear since I'm in New zealand. The woman who worked there was super lovely and patient. I think her name was georgia. She took my mesurements as I didn't know my new zealand ones and then she help me trying so many different things. I end up choosing a beautiful blue body one. I really recommend this place. The customer service is excellent.

   Excellent service at this shop - department stores will be a thing of the past. No more having to get dressed and pick up ones bag; coat and re-hung bras, then go back to the racks to search again and pick up the next limit of three items. All the while the assistant standing outside the changing rooms chatting to her friends. You could say Bronte makes bra buying a breeze! Thankyou
