I know I’ll be kept updated with anything I need to know and my Property Manager, Cam, keeps me informed when I need to be and provides options for how I could proceed when decisions need to be made. They actually perform the inspections (unlike other agencies I have used) and to an incredibly detailed and documented standard. Even if I lived nearby I would likely still use progressive as they take all of the stress and worry away! Thanks team!”

All inspections were very friendly and respectful too. I had to reach out a couple of times for maintenance requests, but these were quickly solved. “Stayed for 2 nights when first arriving in Christchurch, the motel was so good that we returned for the last 3 days of our trip. Marko was very accomodating and the beds were amazing. Could barely hear the traffic despite being on a relatively busy road, and was very nicely located to the mall. 10/10”

From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their friendliness and willingness to help at all times truly made a difference. The price was affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we hardly heard any road noise. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with everything we could possibly need—and then some! The location is ideal, within walking distance to nearby shops etc so everything was super convenient. We’ll absolutely be returning to 306 Riccarton Hotel next time we’re in Christchurch.
